The DLA believes that education and continuing professional development and learning is key to the success of individual technicians, laboratories and our industry as a whole. Raising standards is an important goal for the DLA. We campaign to increase the recognition of qualifications for dental technicians and to support this we provide advice and information on college training courses for employees as well as commissioning practical learning events in dental technology to meet the varying needs of the commercial dental laboratory.
